The Vivo Y19 is a mid-range smartphone launched in Nigeria in November 2019. It features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a waterdrop-style notch that houses the front-facing camera.

Under the hood, the Vivo Y19 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P65 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also runs on Android 9 Pie with Vivo’s custom FunTouch OS 9.2 on top.

Design

The Vivo Y19 has a modern and stylish design, with a glass front and plastic back panel. It features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a waterdrop-style notch at the top that houses the front-facing camera.

On the back of the Vivo Y19, there is a triple-camera setup that is arranged vertically in a rectangular module in the top left corner, along with an LED flash. Also, the back panel also features Vivo branding and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner located in the center.

The power button and volume rocker are located on the right side of the phone, while the SIM tray and dedicated microSD card slot are on the left side. Also, the bottom of the phone features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille, and a microphone.

Vivo Y19 measures 162.2 x 76.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 193 g, which makes it a bit heavy, but the curved edges of the phone make it comfortable to hold. The Vivo Y19 is available in two color options: Magnetic Black and Spring White.
